Nicole Rose

Nicole is an artist & spiritual alchemist inspiring women to live a slower, more beautiful way of life.

“My artwork is informed by my studies in human development and theology, as well as my own narrative. I work with concepts of culture care and spiritual formation, bringing mindful awareness to the beauty of the mundane and the parallels of the seasonal unfolding of nature to the emergence and evolution of the human soul. My practice imbues the essence of slow art and is informed by my passion for mental and emotional wellness and my faith tradition, as well as the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku and the philosophy of Wabi Sabi.

Nicole has a Masters in Christian Formation and a Bachelors in Education. She holds several certifications including yoga, breath work, mindfulness, and StrengthsFinder coaching. Her artwork has been featured in juried shows. She is the creative director for Roche Gallery and Writers’ Studio and the managing editor for Between the Lines, a publication of Roche Gallery.

Nicole’s unfolding faith journey has deeply impacted the way she lives, in both her overarching narrative and the minutia of the everyday. She has cultivated a counter cultural lifestyle for 20 years in over 20 nations.
